    I think it's a good deal. I also think it's definitely an extra rather than part of your standard membership. The normal classes are pretty generic and maybe one day bootcamp will become a 'normal class' but it's fashionable at the moment so the old supply and demand rules apply.

    Mind you, I think part of the success of bootcamp is that you have to make a serious commitment to do it.

    As for the cost, the Group Outdoor Fitness Challenge that I'm doing in September is going to cost me $16 a session as a return customer and I'm more than happy to pay it. It would be $21 a session otherwise. $15 is a lot cheaper than PT also.

    Of course, a lot will depend on your instructors, but I'm sure you'll really enjoy it if you go ahead and do it. As Sara says, with your commitment to exercise you'll get a lot out of it.

    You actually cant really do this. If you try and lose weight your are going to lose muscle. The only time this happens is if your just to workout. Then you might lose weight and gain muscle. But if you are already going. Your not going to be able to bulk and cut at the same time. When you cut your always going to lose muscle and get weaker but you’ll get more defined (Source : pro body builder)
