    @dangloc89 Because he either trains his upper body more then his lower body, or has poor calf genetics. Don’t be mean, he’s just trying to teach.

    @xxGlitterwingsxx NOPE WRONG!! i have the same thing, he just has thin lower part of his legs. my higher part of the legs are very nice but my lower part have been always to thin

    Think of it like anorexia. As the diagnosed gets skinnier, they still perceive themselves as fat, and starve more to attain the idea body. Bodybuilding is the same. For many there's no end point, just an imaginary destination that will never be obtained. And its quite reinforcing/addictive once you see results.

    It is interesting. Yes it does seem that high protein and loopy go together but I am really not sure whether there was any other difference apart from when feeding raw I have a better feeling for what goes into their food. It took a lot of thinking before switching back to biscuits on their own but I really felt I should try it just to monitor the effect. I will be supplementing their food with high oil and protein biscuits before and during the counting season which should give them the energy they need to sustain hard work and the protein they need to build muscle. Between now and then though I will be sticking to raw, with maybe the odd trip/biscuit mix for Grace who finds this mare appetising that crunching carcasses.

    Look that rice will never build muscle.

    If you trained and stopped eating peasant food (chicken's feet and tou fu isn't so good for building muscle) then maybe you could get laid with women you fancy?

    Still, perhaps you are right. You will still be a short arse.

    I tried either one, because my pullup bar hangs over the awning of my door, so if I use too much momentum, just fall down. My question was always: 1) Which one can you do more pullups with, and 2) which one is more effective in terms of maximal muscle recruitement?
