    Honestly, as good at this advice is, it doesn’t weigh in all the factors.
    Reason for lack of exercise: long hours of studying and work. Late night eating to keep you awake while trying to work on assignments.
    Not every campus has a good gym. I know mine doesn’t. Classes cost a lot of money.
    The food offered on campuses aren’t balanced diets. I know for me as a vegetarian there were no options, not even salad, so I had to eat cereal every day. I am off campus for that reason.

    College weight gain is tricky. It’s kind of a myth; most students don’t put on weight in college. It’s the ones that DO, that put it on huge.

    I was the only one of my friends who put on weight freshman year. It was all going great until I put on 22 lbs in the last two months of the year out of nowhere.

    Yea i put on 20 pounds too since Sophomore year! i wanna lose weight by senior year. Will 5 small meals be better? I dont have time for 3 large ones. i can only nosh throughout summer classes and work.

    uhhhh…you forgot to add the most obvious of weight gain items..BEER!!!!! dont drink beer!!! or alcholic beverages…mixed drinks contain tons of calories!! you must not forget that!!
