This is a conservative society! You are supposed to trust and respect our beloved processed foods. You are supposed to trust them as any law abiding citizen! (Points finger and cries). You ungrateful person. Many people starving in 3rd world countries would like to benefit from our beloved processed foods! (Cries) I am going to pray that you be struck down by our god in the name of George W. Bush. *Sarcasm***

  23. Famadeus101 says:

@JMB129 Ha ha thats because people prefer a bucket of tar mixed with dog droppings and sharp glass instead of a bucket of gold. People are pathetic at an epic level. pride pride pride

We need to stop worrying so much about calories. Calorie content tells us nothing about the affect on blood sugar balance. Even though a piece of steak may have more calories by weight than a potato, the potato will elicit a far more powerful effect on blood sugar balance. Blood sugar imbalance and insulin resistance are probably the major contributing factors to obesity diabetes and heart disease. For sure though, processed carbs are generally far worse from this perspective.
