    Newsflash:
    If a third of the population is creationist then that third wouldn’t even pass highschool in any other industrialized nation. US Universities are no doubt top (and attendet by people from all over the world), but the level of elementary, highschool or community education is laughable.

    here to reiterate how to lose weight. eat da boorger and sitting the whole day bad. To lose da weight eat well proportionate balanced meals and raise activity level on da daily basis. Also biggest hint to lose weight is to cut out the hardcore snacking its a scam I tell you. pop. diets tell you to eat many smaller snacks knowing full well that you arent willing to eat healthy like banana for every snack. They make money for selling tips that dont usually work, hence create a permanant business

    @Chaaarge Well, the less oxygen you exhale means the more your body is using. And the more oxygen you use the more fat you can burn. But just taking a breathing test will not really give you an accurate idea of calorie utilization.

I started working out and i dropped down to 176 pounds watching your videos, but i kept going to the gym and after a while i stopped, i think i lost my motive and it sucks cause i put on some pounds again. I work at a fast food restaurant, to be more exact “In n out” burger and i work almost every day so all i do is eat burgers. I cant stop i really dont know why, i tried it but nothing, Any advice steve!!?
