    @airplaneking Doesn’t work that way, period. You can fill up your body with 2000 calories worth of crap. 2000 calories worth of the same exact food. 2000 calories worth of milk shakes. It’s NOT about calories. PERIOD.

    @jamesbizs As I said previously, if you use up 2500 calories and eat 2000 calories of crap, you will lose weight. It’s interesting to see that there is somebody who thinks they can actually defy thermodynamics.

    Sorry people, but he’s right. You might get more OPTIMAL results from eating “clean”, but at the end of the day, it’s a nonsensical concept.

    HERE’S THE REAL SECRET TO LOOSING WEIGHT:
    Eat more fiber, and less sugars. Drink water often, and move around at least for more time than it takes you to sit and eat every meal; In other words, walk at least 3 hours a week. it will help GREATLY to stop eating junk food (or libberwort) and soda pop. Meat is optional, preferably organic but less is best, as it is more work to digest. Don’t fool yourself with counting calories.. that is bull-sack. seriously, just avoid eating shit you dont need

    …Also, avoid eating to the point of getting full. that expands the stomach every time. eat until youre satisfied, not full, theres a difference. dont expect quick results, or return to eating libberwort.. once you get into the habit of eating what you need rather than what your tongue wants (and getting off your ass often) you will see youre life improve in all areas.. i recommend reading Never Be Sick Again by Raymond Francis. you’ll see what i mean when you read it.     @Chino25846 with that mentality, you would need a degree to read and learn on your own and from your own experience. no offense, but a degree doesn’t make you a “professional” or “expert” ..its what you know that does. Nor do you need one to come up with your own theories.

    EVERY SINGLE TIME I EAT CARBS

    Natural oatmeal, types of sugars, English muffins
    I get an acid kick-back that burns my esophagus.

    I’ve eaten a high carb diet for so long, and I literally either
    1: binge
    2: emotional high to CRASH –> Depression
    3: Binge —> Bulimia = (

    but when I eat fats and proteins I seriously feel REAL and get an honest full satiety
    No sugar cravings, acid pains, binges, post eating depressions
    I never tried a Prot/Fat style b4
    so wish me luck. I hate food badly

    @Onegurrrlrev Sean is right you really need your metabolic typing to be exact, however I feel if you cut all grains, flours, starches and sugars from your diet and add some good fat like coconut oil, ghee, pumpkin seed oil you would see a difference. best wishes!

    I found I’m a Protein type and it gave me a list of stuff I should focus on in my diet :)

    @LockyRabbetts You must of not of been paying much attention to the video if after you watched it your asking whats so beneficial about knowing your metabolic type. Not all foods COOPERATE with specific metabolic types… What’s good for me might be bad for you and vice versa.. Hope that simplified things.

    Different people react differently to different things. There's a girl here in B.C. that's allergic to sunshine, and another girl I've heard of is allergic to water. To them sunshine or water are toxic to their bodies.

    Splenda is basically chlorinated sugar, and while most people purportedly can't digest it, a few people like myself can. The end result is massive creation of gas in the gut that's painful.

    I believe that messing with nature only sets us up for a smack from Mother Nature, it took her millennia to get things the way they are. Don't mess with what you don't understand, etc.

    Purely my stance on things, feel free to disagree.

    Lean protein at every meal and low carb are too good things to shoot for.

    Breakfast: slow-cooked oats and soymilk, fruit
    or fat-free with wheat germ and a grapefruit

    Lunch: Salad with protein like hummus, turkey breast, or nuts

    Dinner: Smaller of something regular and a big salad

    Snacks: fat free nuts, fruit, hummus and carrots…

    This diet gives you some room to eat every once in a while and still lose weight!
