    @garjagan there are a lot of long range sit ups in P90x ab ripper x and my abs are ripped from doing that, I don’t see how my ab length is shortened. Do you have a 6pack from doing small range motion push ups?

    i do 200 elevated crunches everyday but i never expected that to be enough so ive stopped eating fast food, cut down on breaded products (such as pizza), and increased my veggie/fruit intake. ive lost 1.5lbs in a week so far, so i completely agree with his advice :)

    Alright I hate to hear that you suffered from leukaemia, so many young people die from that disease and I knew a couple.Look at this way your alive, the probality of you existing is extremely low under Science, so take advantage of every minute. One field of science that you will probaly find it interesting is Physics, go to my page and look for the quantum revolution. I found the interest for physics when I was too old already to actually get a degree on it.
