@1979trr No… uh… then she’d be a disgusting blob. LOL Wow logic fail. FYI I’m 5’4″ tall, 120 lbs. Run 35-40 miles a week. I have a right to talk.
This really motivates me. Can you check out my video.
@servingthealiens no matter how skinny or fit you are your the one who should be told to go kill yourself for being so rude and disrespectful to someone who put there effort out into loosing weight and actually did it and no matter what you look like it aint makin up for the uglyness inside you shes more beautiful then youll ever dream of being girl
You are so brave for putting these pictures up, especially the ones in your underwear. Thank you for sharing this journey, you’re a great inspiration and I’m very happy for you and that you’ve come this far. keep it up!
It’s amazing how we notice that you start wearing makeup, and overall taking care of yourself like tweezing your eyebrows, wearing nicer clothes…once you start losing the weight. It shows us how confident you started to feel inside and out
This made em cry. I feel so motivated right now! I lost more than 33 pounds, 13 more pounds to reach my healthy weight!! woooot!!!
@servingthealiens I smell a hater
@hellokittyhasnopitty Disrespectful? Yeah, well, truth hurts. Fatties like this do nothing but suck money from those of us who work hard to pay into Social Security, stink up the air we breathe, and block our ways through doors. Oh, and see things like these? : . They’re called punc-tua-tion. Use them.
@pot0tin I smell a gelatinous blob that breaks a sweat trying to breathe.
okay what is this song called?
@pot0tin whats this song called?
WHAT IS THE LAST SONG PLEASE?

must be so nice to live with all that hate inside. you must be a realy happy person. any way have a great life ;D
@pot0tin I got no complaints. I don’t hate what stares back at me in the mirror. Isn’t it funny how much better everything looks when you’re not disgusting or repulsing other people?
@servingthealiens I don’t know, never felt repulsive, I have a gloving family, lots a friend and a great man by my side so naa I don’t think so. I did felt unhealthy cuz I have a spine problem and a hormonal problem. I am on treatment now and I am feeling healthy again. other than my health issues I am very lucky. byee ^^ have a good day!

Ye,losing weight is not easy, but it is POSSIBLE. There is so many OTHER (fun) ways to lose weight.. dancing to the music (2h/day) or playing soccer with kids.. So, no need to spend hours in gym. I just recently bought this ebook from weightlossdatabase.info and I am seeing some great results so far. 10 pounds in two weeks..If I remember correctly, ebook costed only $3. LOL. best $3 I ever spend. Simply google for: weightlossdatabase.info

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet: First Million dollar fitness launch in History, still doing thousands of $$ in sales per d…
I am so glad you stopped by and chimed in here Kim. The info you provided is invaluable since I still haven't heard back from WW directly. It's nice to hear that someone who has the dietary restrictions similar to our household has made WW work with success. I'm definitely going to be checking it out closer now. All the best to you on your weight-loss journey!
A huge problem with school gym class is that it's stuck in this 50's mentality. That's why I love the idea of schools using Dance Dance Revolution (unfortunately, most are using it for weight loss motivation) instead of getting kids to feel good about just being able to move around for 45 minutes). Schools have stepped up with classroom technology; they need to apply it to physical education as well. This mindset of “we're going to do this sport and you should already know how to play it and if you don't, sucks to be you” needs to stop now. And those physical fitness challenges (they were called Superfit in my county) should also be done away with.
Like Chrissy, I went to a small community college that required six credits of fitness (not sure if they do this now). A class called Personal Fitness was mandatory. It was like Curves. You did rotations on different machines, as well as a balance beam, and you checked your heart rate and pulse. The goal was to increase the time you used the equipment. I think a structure like that for school gym classes would be a lot more beneficial, and it places more emphasis on activity and movement than skill and coordination.
Richard, I assume that you agree with shaming and bullying children to “be faster” and “tougher.” I certainly hope not. No child, regardless of appearance should be subject to that kind of behavior, especially from their own teachers.
check your blood sugar and look to see if the food you eat has mono sodium glutamate in it. MSG .it sounds like symptoms I had before they found out I was having nocturnal blood sugar spikes and that I was allergic to MSG. go http://www.msgmyth.com and look up foods that have it and what the symptoms are.And go see another Dr. until you find one that can give you a diagnosis you can live with
youre gorgeous girl!!!
