for some reason metabolic typing seems logic however its more of a business. he says that people are getting fat because they are eating too many calories. duh and to do opposite will make u lose it. just eat a balanced diet and exercise we already have shit loads to think about in our lives.

@gumball208 do strength training quite the cardio start eating like you normally would at first your wanna gain weight because right now you have a slow metabolism do to low calories and starving yourself. you will gain about 10 lb and then from there you will begin to lose weight rapidly. when you starve yourself the brains tells the body oh no there is a famine lets hold the fat and lets start to burn the muscle since the muscle burns more calories than fat. quite the sugars also and milk.
If you are only eating nutrient-packed foods (which includes a good amount of healthy fats from nuts, etc.), you will be able to eat quite a bit of them daily & still barely meet the caloric requirements of your body. Just exercise with light/moderate resistance & higher reps, cut out almost all processed sugars, & limit your carb intake as much a possible to what you get from eating things like vegetables, fruits, beans & such.

Do you really think metabolic typing is for everyone? cause in my case, I tend to have a huge apetite even when eating right for my type(protein type). An example would be the whole grilled chicken I ate for lunch, and the 4 scrambled eggs with tuna for breakfast. on the other hand, I was full for the rest of the day and chicken(1500) + eggs and tuna(500)= 2000 calories which I guess is pretty normal
