Awesome job for letting those girls know the truth about diet pills. People want a quick fix, they don't want to do the work, and they rather harm their body just so they can look good in the outside. Diet pills are for people who are weak and don't have the guts to do the work we're doing. By my age, 68, I have learned to cherish my well-being, and so much of what I do is about taking care of myself. I score very high on diet and I do well enough on weights exercise. I pay a lot of attention to wardrobe and grooming, such that my husband calls me vain. Can I be overdoing that? I walk the dog, but I don't score well on cardio-exercise. So there is room for improvement. I can start by adding a few blocks to my routine with the dog and start walking faster with her. So, that's a resolution.
