It is VERY hard to Lose weight, go on a diet stat on & stay motivated I’m trying to lose weight too after having my children & recently a miscarriage I just want to do this for me & get healthy & most important be happy in myself something I struggle with.     I think my video will feature starts and stops along the month as well :o ) It is so hard to stay on track but you have to keep pushing on so congrats on the refocus and the effort you have put in the past week. You are such a good motivator!

    10LBS is amazing and I am so happy for you but I have some questions for you. How did you lose 10lbs in one week and how can you be sure that it was actually fat that you lost? I myself am trying to lose weight so please dont feel as if I am attacking you. I’m just curious.

I takes a real focus on change of lifestyle…I lost like 25 and gained like 5 back but I need to get back on it too…we just have to keep making the constant effort to get it off and keep it off…I am speaking to myself first sweetie cause i know about this…wishing you the best and hoping to see more of you in the plus world this year.     We all go through the yo-yo diets. We have to make it a lifestyle not a diet. Congrats on your 10lbs weight loss!!! It is hard… but I think it’s FUN when you TRACK it so that you can see your progress. TRACK TRACK TRACK!

    CONGRATULATIONS!!! Mumma how did u lose 10 lbs in ONE WEEK?!!!That is GREATTTTT!!Do u think u could let me know what all u did to drop those 10 lbs. in 1 week?Im in desperate help really.I am so overweight & i tried eating right & doing excercises last week but it became kind of daunting for me

    At least you are honest. I lost 8 pounds since my physical. I weigh less at the doctors office than I do on my home scale which is odd. I lose 2 more this week which is due to me sleeping more. Ain’t that weird. Congrats on your weigh loss and on the journey itself!!

    I lost a ton of weight and kept it off for three years before i got pregnant and then lost the weight again after the pregnancy but then after the child got to be more work I gained some back, but i think I would be way bigger right now if I wasn’t vegetarian. I have weight on but it comes off so much easier than it did when i first started to lose weight, because it was weight i gained from eating a ton of pork. I was like a greasy pork addict

    One little note: Permanent weight loss requires a lifestyle change…Crash diets lead you to short term weight loss!

    Not using food in order to cope with unpleasant emotions and finding exercising/ dance classes that keep you impatient about going for the next session might help.Crash diets are a waste of time!

    @MSMILLA Congratulations! It’s not weird, it’s because lack of sleep slows down your metabolism, so, if you let your body get it’s required rest…it will help you in your weight loss!

    I agree with the need to be committed. They'll have to be strong enough to ride out the first 6 to 12 months or so which will be “throw away” data. After that, there will be a lot clearer indications of how the model is working out.

    Perhaps they should consider a “one pass” of sorts since many are now using this model? Pay $20/month and get access to all content. You could even bring in a tiering strategy later.

    Hey, Grandparents are cool. The person that loved me most was my grandmother and I do remember her now more than ever, althoguh been over 25 years since she died. I appreciate her as much then as i do now. I miss her.
