I was a smoker, I chain smoked for 20 years! I was hooked, tried everything from acupuncture to the nicotine patch. Chantix is scary stuff, it alters brain chemistry & your uptake of dopamine. There has been MANY cases of severe bad reaction, I am surprised its still on the market. Really surprised. I finally quit smoking, cold turkey, and I haven’t looked back since. I believe with a Juice Feast you should always do a Enema….
there are only 2 things you could be doing wrong on a juice feast – you could not be alkaline enough by drinking too much juice with sugar in it. If you do all Green juice for the first 2-3 weeks and drink tons of lemon water and never let your ph go acidic theres nothing you can do to not lose weight. …

So true, I was a smoker too and I gained weight as well when i went on raw i would eat a ton of raw bars and chocolate. I always felt like i needed to feed my self and treat myself. The same thing to whenever i had a perfect day usually becuase i was busy. days where i followed my diet, ate just enough i felt i couldnt do on my own. I am going to do another cleanse and hope to over come this like u!

you don’t lose weight because you’re body is in starvation mode. fasting of any kind isn’t healthy because it forces your body to cope with the stress and find it’s own way of holding on to your health while you’re too busy dragging it through the shit and constant malnourishment. You’re not healthy. You don’t look healthy in this video. You’re not balancing a healthy diet with constructive exercise. You are doing so many things wrong that it hurts me to watch this.
I feel like I’m working through something so similar! The fear of perfection is such a crazy thing to realize! Like we will have nothing to live for anymore… Anyways I am transitioning into raw foods now and appreciate your videos so much! Thanks!
do most people lose weight if they already eat all raw and already don’t have hardly any body fat?…this might be your case. you eat so healthy and get enough exercise, you don’t have a lot more weight to lose….just wondering?

I’m sorry but I genuinely feel that you need to follow simple logic to lose weight. Exercise more and eat less calories, proportionally. Starve diets are bad for your body, mind and spirit. Please, if you do a juice fast make sure you are still getting enough calories and staying active. This way you get the detoxing/cleansing effects, but you aren’t starving or depriving yourself emotionally or physically.

Thanks for the info. It’s not that cut and dry though in my research. Like any info there is always two sides to a story. What is clear though is I do need to be juicing more vegetables and I will be doing that for sure. Of course being realistic the fructose levels I am consuming in fruit is waaay waaay less then when I was eating junk food by a big margin. So from my bodies point of view this is a lot better for me. Long term I agree less fructose is good.
