im suppose to gain 30 pounds, so fair i am only at 15 pounds extra at 25 weeks. this baby makes me eat all the time, but ive prevented gaining too much due to an healthy diet. not alot of meats and foods with MSG in it bc they tend to make your hormones go crazy and also gain alot of weight. i still eat a hamburger when i really crave for one :) a large variety of greens, fruits, beans, cheese/ milk, lots of carbohydrates and the occassional sweets/fats. so far i look great!
