Watch Me Shrink Losing The Pregnancy Weight

CW: 168, Lost: -4, Total Lost: 33.4. I gained 76 during pregnancy. My goal is to be back at pre pregnancy weight 125 lbs. I welcome all new subscribers and friends.     do you do cardio and how much do you workout a week?

    I do strength train 3 times a week and I do cardio 2 times a week. I do strength train one day and cardio the next day. Monday, Wednesday & Friday I do strength training. Tuesday & Thursdays I do cardio. Saturday and Sunday are days for my body to rest.

    My 13 year old Daughter has had 2 shots and she will NOT be getting her 3rd due to all of you and your information…I thank you all. My heart goes out to you who are suffering, you are in my prayers.
    Although I have not seen any of the symptoms that are talked about I have noticed an unexplained 20lb. weight gain. Has anyone experienced an unexplained sudden weight gain?

    Illegal? Since the bidder has the right to retract their bid, I see anything illegal in raising the increment, either before or after they have their paddle in the air.

    Unethical bid calling? Not necessarily. If the bidding is intense, an auctioneer may be quite likely to increase the bid increments, in an to get to the final price quicker.
