Watch Me Shrink; Loosing The Pregnancy Weight

SW: 201.2, CW: 156.6, Loss: 11.4, Total Loss: 44.8, My goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 125. I will be going on vacations and will not be back until second week of Jan. 2010. Will I maintain or Will I gain? Warning: I am going to throw down on some food. Hopefully, I will maintain. ;) Will log on periodically but will not be able to upload any videos.     Weight after: 170

    Skinny Travis did also an excellent job. Great job in the nutritional side (paleo), but he was not that constant in the training side. Maybe Mister Travis with some more training would knock you out!
