cheers mate im going too see my gp monday but this eliviated some pain
(I’m not sure of the right words to describe it but) I tried the exercises. It hurts but it feels very relaxing T^T thank you!
I do a lot of data entry at work, and recently my right wrist started getting really tender, and movement was a bit restricted. After only two days of doing these exercises once per hour (when I’m at work), the pain has already considerably decreased. Thanks so much for sharing!

Thank you so Much, I’ve seen a doctor and he subscribe me some Alive Medicine but I’m too lazy to take it. I saw a hand therapist she told me to ice my wrist for 5-10 min a day and go to her office once a week. Well thank you again, I will try your 2 minute work out today

Good video… I was wondering how long the pain normally lasts? I injuried my wrist while doing a bench press and lifted the weight with my wrist in the bent position. Now I think I have thumb tendonitis … so any idea on how to speed recovery?

i have tendonitis in my left wrist from about 4 months now, and i have been your exercises by a couple of months, and i realized some improvement.
but i can’t see the end of the disease…maybe because i didn’t stop playing? ( i am a guitar player)
i stopped for the first two months, then i restarted…
did you stopped playing during your disease??

Thank you David, I was having extreme pain at night and discomfort during the day for 2 hard weeks and I knew it was carpel tunnel. I wanted to avoid surgery and I have to tell you after doing these exercises for the very time I slept all through the night. Its day 10 and I do these stretches daily. I haven’t had any pain since the first day. Thank you for sharing!
