@gayguy696 Thanks gayguy, I have never heard of that one- did you make it up?
woah! you can perform muscle ups! are they easier to do on the trx than the pull up bar?
@gysgtsong Whoa!
Thanks for checking it out. Actually the TRX is much harder, but I can’t honestly tell you if it’s recommended on that particular equipment. I just do it… I weigh about 170, and have never had a problem, but if you’re heavier, use at your own risk??? Haha, best to you friend!
wow i am in to body weght workouts now. will i help me get ripped. i gave up weight lifting to let you know. and wow on the muscle ups on the trx wow
great video, very impressive and had some new moves I haven’t seen before. Thanks!

@kepeks25 Thanks! Good luck, suspension trainers are a great supplement to your fitness plan!

@RedSaint10 Gracias SantoRojo!
@luismotavation Thanks Luis!
this cat gets it done!…everybody, off the couch pronto!!!
How tall are you bro?
You made those muscle ups look easy, I tried them yesterday in my workout and struggled, will have them conquered soon though! Great Video
@KingCrunchFitness Thanks for checking it out King!
Do you these all the exercises in one training sesh, and how many days a week? Btw, that was an awesome video, keep up the great work
@Alberigo121 Hi Alberigo! No, I never do, although I suppose you could, if you were aiming for a very comprehensive, total-body workout. It may take a while though!
I use the TRX maybe once a week, as a change of pace, on a high-reps day as opposed to a heavy day. It’s nice to train outside somewhere instead of in the gym!
Ahh I see, so its just a supplement to your workouts. Well would it be possible for you too send me your workouts you do every week? I know you must change them a lot for muscle confusion and keeping your body thinking but maybe just what your doing now. It would really help me a lot, Thanks
@Alberigo121 Sure Alberigo, I am here to help in whatever way I can. Mon: Upper heavy, Tues: Lower heavy and shoulders heavy, Weds: cardio, Thurs: Upper dynamic/high-reps, Fri: Lower dynamic/high-reps and shoulders, Sat: cardio, Sun: longer run. That’s the present. But you’re right, it’s always changing!
Ohh you train heavy as well? So low reps/high weight? Its better to switch it up between high rep and low rep for strength training and building lean muscle? I thought to get your kind of strength you’d have to do mostly bodyweight exercises :/ Sorry If I might seem clueless and all
. And this is the kind of training you should do for cross? Thanks a lot again for all the great info
Thanks nice footage. I use trx once a week I am gonna try that new exercise looks good. Thank you.
@rossdimmock My pleasure Ross!
I have watched hours of videos of exercises with workout equipment like this. In my opinion this by far the best demonstrations I have ever seen. From top to bottom an outstanding job. I am going to use some of these exercises displayed. Thank you.
@PFS123able Thanks for the kind words! Someday I will do an updated suspension trainer vid, as this was a year and a half ago… Best to you mate!
