Here’s a Truth About Abs Review… Truth about abs is a diet and fitness program which was created by Mike Geary. Mike Geary is also a nutrition specialist and a certified personal trainer. The title of his program is a bit misleading because his program does not focus only on stomach muscles.
In fact, in a section of his program where he mentions about Ab training, he talks about doing about 5-7 minutes per day and twice a week which is suffice for the ab training component and that is it! He puts his focus on complete body workouts and a proper diet that you incorporate into your way of life.

While doing this Truth About Abs Review, I came to the conclusion that the program should have been named ‘truth about full body workouts’ since the underlying theme is about putting your efforts in an intensive, full body workout. He is a proponent of using compound movements instead of isolated exercises and free weights as oppose to machine weights.
As I get deeper into the Truth About Abs review, I will show you that his system also discusses short intense cardio training instead of the long drawn out 45-60 minute cardio workouts that most people do. One great aspect about his program is that it is ‘time efficient’. The Truth about abs system requires only 3 to 4 days a week and only 45 to 60 minute per session.
While doing the truth about abs review, I have found that I get the most efficient workout using his system by doing 3 days per week at only 45 minute per session. You will have to find your optimum as you go through the program.
Another important topic in his system is in regards to raising your metabolism. If you want lose body fat and keep it off, you will want to raise your metabolism. Since building muscle requires more energy than just trying to burn fat, a big part of his program uses resistance training to build muscle.
His system also frowns upon low calorie diets. Low calorie diets actually do more harm than good to your body in the long run. One critical and important part of his system is where he teaches about a healthy diet. Some of the subjects include:
- How to balance your diet?
- How to control blood sugar and insulin?
- What fats to eat to get you lean?
He goes into details on these subjects and much more…
So, here’s my quick truth about abs review and I bet one question that you will have is ‘Will this program actually work for me?’ My answer to that is the system worked for me and it continues to work for me.
This program has plenty of great information not only on dietary guidelines and fitness and exercise routines, it has even stopped me from spending my hard earned money on weight loss pills and countless fitness machines. I believe this program can work for anyone, however, after reading this Truth About Abs review, there should be three questions that you need to ask yourself:
- Am I willing to do short intensive workouts even though there will be days that may be tough? Don’t kid yourself… There will be tough days!
- Am I willing to make the change in my diet so that I will take full advantage of the system?
- Am I willing to invest in myself and be healthier, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 10 years from now?
If you can answer ‘YES!‘ to those 3 questions, you will be on your way. If you follow the guidelines mentioned in this Truth about Abs review, you will lose the fat that have been plaguing you for all these years.
