    @collegefootballbcs Thats true .. Cause your muscles need time to repair in order for them to grow. So don’t work on the same muscle everyday ..

    @collegefootballbcs Yes, it is. You must give some rest for each muscle/ muscle group because they dont grow when youre working out, they grow when you are resting. The amount of rest dependes on your workout.

    @collegefootballbcs yeah. if you dont give them time to recover 2-4, 3-5 days depending on you, then you’ll just keep damaging them and making them smaller.

    Tricep exercise. You lay on a bench and position a barbell a little above your head. You engage your triceps to push it up and out so that it passes over your head….hence the skull crusher term.
