    Very true I have lost 6 kgs in 4 months running on treadmill and by doing cycling and now I feel much much better. I was 92 kg and now I am 86 kg, I have been doing running and cycling 4 days a week and occasionally eating cheat meals but if you really want to loose weight follow this gentleman’s advise.

    Loose your weight slowly and be patient results will come but be consistent just dont give up.

    just started a 30min-a-day jogging routine on the treadmill a week ago and i lost a waist size by the 3rd day. my thighs have stopped rubbing against each other when i walk for the first time in 9yrs and my manboobies are almost gone. my belly is not losing size as fast but i’ll be patient. it’s been just a week. wt loss is possible with exercise. just keep off fast food, most of the time and exercise an extra 30 mins the morning after u give into your fast-food cravings.

    All that is needed in a true HIIT on treadmill is: 45 sec max speed rest walk for 1.30 secs. Do eight sets then you are done. This whole 30 min HIIT is total BS. If you can actually go 30 mins then you are not truly doing a HIIT workout!!!!

    @jjain221 Make sure your daily calorie intake is less than 1500 and work out for at least 500. This will make your intake only 1000 calories a day, you will shed a few pounds a week if you don’t change this plan.

    Interval training actually is a valid technique for manageable and healthy weight loss. I’m just glad this vid isn’t totla BS. People need to realize that true change starts with the person themselves and that most of these “lose weight fast” programs are complete BS!     @biakim819 im about to start a workout routine (including treadmill intervals) and i have the same problem, a few months ago i had actually lost like 20 pounds but it got hard to maintain and now im a couple pounds more then when i started :( but i think a very good way to make sure you keep on it and dont slip up is, make a list of every and any reason you have to lose weight like everything that would be better about your life, then also make a list of how lifes gonna be if you dont.
