    @FLCL4EVER1 Yea you can get high fat milk. But you wanna start off like a half a gallon for a few days. Then get up to a gallon a day. Drink a gallon a day. Go work out, if you want bigger muscle mass, you do heavier weights less reps. (simple as that) If you just want to be more cut, do light weights alot of reps. WITH the Gomad, you will gain the weight, it depends what you want to do with it.

    @FLCL4EVER1 Ha, you weighed as much as me when I start lol. You will see a huge difference just going up to 160. You drink a gallon of milk…ok thats about 128 grams.. you need 32 more grams of protein, so you can get that EASILY. There are cans of tuna that have 32 grams, but you always wanna mix it up. And more is always better. Do this every day. If you get the shits (and you will) lactose pills will fix that prob. But, you may not be lactose intolerant. Thats alot of milk though.

    @awefuckit no way if i get the shits im gonna endure it lol ummm i was thinking instead of lifting weights i wanna do more body weight excercises , its just personally ive found more results through that than weight lifting, when i weight lift i feel like it killed off or decreased my muscle instead of helping it , im not sure

    @dask8life all workout routines will build muscle, your diet will depend how lean the muscle you add will be.

    Also to the GOMAD guy, even if you’re not lactose intolerant, be careful anyway ;) That IS a lot of milk for anyones guts to handle :P you might want to start off with a litre for a couple of days then gradually up it to a gallon. It’ll help your guts.

    It does work though, full fat milk
