ok just wanna help people if they dont know this. if you are wandering to how to run fast……
i tell you. first of all train your hips, glueds. hamstrings. aslo do strenght training. then do plyometrics which will transfer all the muscles you build in to explosive power which then you could run faster. if you dont know whats plyometric go and check in google. slowly you will get everything.
An all round pilates session also helps done once a day.
