@efil4aggin92 Prince is one of my favourite artists and Purple Rain is monster, I dig his songs like Anne Christian, Let’s Pretend We’re Married and Bambi. Creatine can be used and is beneficial in small doses but it isn’t anything crazy or phenomenal. If using, stick with the monohydrate!
@MyMantenna Protein shakes are fine (pure whey) but they aren’t supplements, they are meal replacements!

Thanks for the video – great to hear someone whose views I respect confirm what I came to believe a while back. You mention in the vid how much D3 to take, but you do not say how much fish oil. Your views, sir?
@chrisrobson True my man, thats because you need a high quality source and it depends on your goals and bodyfat. If you get a high quality fish oil, 8 capsules a day is what I recommend
@paulieandkaty Yep. Flax seed is an inferior form of fish oil. Yes each gram has 10 calories.

heyy man ive been watchin a few of ur videos i like dem alot. but im 14 95-100kg i exacise everidaii for about 40-60 min doin weight heavy bag ect but dnt run. but i find that i dnt lose aniweight nd dnt gain ani body shape. do u hav any ideas that could help ?
