Seek out EVIDENCE in the real world that disproves it. Check out my story on my website has just one example. Now, after a few years of lifting, building muscle quickly certainly comes at a steadier rate.

    obviously if your a beginner results will come fast, everyone knows that, but if you been lifting for 4-6 years, theres no “quick fix” or build muscle quickly technique…

    @VinceDelMonte : Both James and Trizzle have obvious good points, so the better question to ask is, what do you define as “quickly” ? is it 2x faster than the normal (rather slow) rate? 4x ? 5x? how many pounds per week/month?

    Ya that is true, but the purpose here is to build muscle. Thats the primary goal here isn’t it? Personally, i would rather be ripped and look great, even though i might not be super strong naturally. I’m one of those ppl that care about my physique and honestly i’m not ashamed to say i’m not very strong.
