    this is the best for your shoulders works and its hard.i can do the first two sets of 12 with 5 but the last two is hard i made 7 reps each with 5.

    I eat a tost with marmelade or nutela with milk and a banana. Im really slim so im trying to get muscles. Is this good that im eating because im working out between lunch and dinner. Is it better to eat before or after the workout?

    @cpsparow Both. You need to eat enough before because if you don’t, what calories are you burning? You need to burn calories to gain muscle. After, eat something full of protein. Chicken, eggs, etc. Look into some Whey Protein as well.

    i kinda disagree, they have supplements out there which works just as close as steroids. really great products, not everyone use steroids, they work their arses off to achieve what the got
