    oooo bull shit this guy is talking about all the bull shit info thats in magazinens the 1 gram per pound of body weight is for pro body builders that are on roids.what if you have high body fat my doc told me you dont need all that food to build muscle if your 200lbs why would you eat 200 grams of protein think about it there is some fat in you so why would you feed the fat.i did this 1 gram bull shit and got fat last year i went from 180lbs to 210 in 6 mouth and it was mostly fat

    both because youll need energy from food to workout properly, but dont eat just before gym or ull have a stich, also eat when u get bak because when u worked out ur body absorbs protein much faster

    i put on 2stone in two months before and altogether it took three months to get back to 12% body fat

    so in two months that would be 28lbs so in a yaer i could probably be huge if i want to

    all i did is eat twice as much as i do in a normal day and a lot of cardio/weights

    I'm no expert so I can't back this up with references, but from what I recall walking, running, swimming, etc do NOT fall into the rotation category.
    That applies to muscle training workouts….

    So if you were doing a workout after your walk, you would want to rotate *that*, but the walk itself would remain constant.
