How much for the shoes?
This is a superb excercise. I saw it a couple of years ago and been using it since. There is a bicep- excercise where you start out in an inverted row position and curl / row to get you chest and shoulders to touch the bar. These excersices complement each other for a monster arm workout.

I think this exercise has already been invented, just called a bodyweight triceps extension. Also, this would target the lateral head, right, because the long head of the triceps aren’t included as much when the arms are overhead?

this is the program my sister was kept on and she lost weight try if u want :
early morning drink lime juice with warm water and less sugar in it or add honey just for taste .
after that go for walk .. with stretching first then little warm up[spot jogging] and then with a slow walk and then increase ur speed .. later cool down . 30 mins everyday.
break fast : boiled sprouted beans and fresh apple juice , 2 slice breads.
lunch : mostly salads , some vegetable cooked ..
she avoided starchy foods like the potatoes and skipped rice for one meal . no meat , no much of fried stuff . she instead had soya beans. avoid lots of sweet .
