    i really like this video i appreciate your concern for honest knowledge, but i do have one question about your theory on the whey protein. You’re saying i can eat 3 whole food meals a day, and drink two whey protein shakes for compensate for the other two meals, and i can gain lean muscle? (i work out on a daily basis for an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half) im 17 , 6″0, and 158lbs

    @00000lucy00000 take a powder supplament called spike..it works it really duz .but it makes u feel really jumpy.but if u are not into supplaments jus push your self.testosterone works da best

    I’m 17 and I’ve taken the muscle milk and now I’m on cytogainer…is that the strongest thing for a 17 yr old? I work out 3-4 times in a 7 day week and my diet is very good…

    some protein shakes have a lot of amino acids in them to kill 2 birds in 1 stone. mineral tablets are quite cheap and creatine is not that expensive

    does anyone know somewhere in australia where i can order a combo with whey isolate, creatine, glutomine and a multivitamin, the only good packs i can order are from the US which would mean paying $54USD postage, although looking through australian stores and the prices for each individual supplement it still seems like the cheaper option, surely theres someone here who can offer a combo for me?

    the key is protein, you have about 20-30minutes after your workout to get some protein in there to help repair the torn down muscles, get some protein powder, take it with you to the gym, after your done working out, fill it up with water and chug it, 50grams of protein.

    and on a side note, ditch the damn pbj and pizza rolls they helping you
