  2. carlton31174 says:

Lets just admit it, Most actors roid up for roles! Fact not opinion!

  3. SquishyCandyftw says:

I don’t think certain celebrities just roid up. They have the money to buy all kinds of things to really work out and I heard they do something called the master cleanse to lose fat EXTREMELY FAST, ex. Jared Leto.

But yeah Matt Damon gained like 40 lbs for a part, then he loses it all, then gains a bunch of muscle, in the course of a year and a half.

    That’s crazy…

    Also great video as always.

you just made yourself sound so stupid it’s unreal man

  6. buckwhittler says:

Hey man, it’s better for your whole body if you run on the balls of your feet even when you’re jogging. It’s easier on your knees and legs and keeps you from having problems with your lower body when you run. It will also build up the muscles in your foot and your calves.

  7. Jagguar20 says:

@carlton31174 Indeed, it’s the thing that no one wants to talk about. A natural man will gain -with pretty good nutrition, genetics, and workout routines- about 15lbs. max. in a year.

  8. thisismyytname says:

Hey, I have an extra T-shirt for you! You seem to be missing one.

  9. thisismyytname says:

It might be a smart idea to paste a BIG yellow or white dot on the treadmill, so other people in the gym can see that the treadmill is running ! Otherwise you are gonna kill some unsuspecting sap that climbs on your treadmill without noticing! Especially with all that loud crappy music in most gyms. (nobody will hear it running!)

  13. ryanjm says:

This is more of a fat loss workout, not a muscle building one. You guys don’t honestly think guys like Matt Damon get jacked from playing with a ball and running, do you? It’s heavy weights, lots of protein, and probably some form of steroids if they have to gain the weight in under 6 months and still be cut. I can guaranfriggintee they aren’t doing a workout like this, unless they’re already huge and just need to cut.

  14. bluejays1945 says:

@ryanjm true, but this is perfect for rugby

  15. Stapler78 says:

You don’t eat the skins from chicken do you.

  16. tenniswiz1616 says:

are there any cheaper alternatives to the dynamax ball you used because they cost like $125!

  17. defelix2432 says:

Do you do just one set of these? or more?

  18. JDCav24 says:

@defelix2432 Try to do as many rounds as you can….up to 4 total
