Focus on the lower part, upper part and the oblique’s in 3 to 4 different exercise 3 times per week.
Doing abs is going to burn fat so you can see the sixpack abs
Wrong! Doing crunches, leg raises and sit ups is not going to burn any fat away from the abdomen region for you to be able to see your six pack. In fact you will need to do around 50.000 hours of sit ups to see any fat loss results, so you will probably be finished in 50 years from now on.
To burn fat so you can start to see your abs, you need to do cardio. Do it 3 to 4 times a week from 30 to 40 minutes and focus on acquiring your heart rate up so you are increasing your metabolism at the same time.
