The 5 Tibetan rites is an ancient exercise system from Tibet. These exercises activate and stimulate the seven key energy vortexes or chakras in the body, which in turn stimulate all the glands of the endocrine system. you are supposed to return to an erect position after arching
I really should start doing them again. The day flows so much better after doing them.
