Part 1 in this series on the flavor enhancer MSG or monosodium glutamate (E621) shows the hidden danger in our food today. MSG is used in thousands of products, such as snacks, soups, sauces, meats, flavored potato chips and most Chinese food. Trade names of MSG include Ajinomoto, Vetsin and Accent. MSG is ‘hidden’ in many other names, such as yeast extract, hydrolised protein and flavoring. www.truthinlabeling.org MSG makes your food taste better but it’s NOT safe! The harmful effects of MSG include heart problems, cancer, ADHD, autism, growth disruptions, learning disorders, behavioral problems, obesity, hormonal imbalance, damage to the retina, etc. Many problems don’t become obvious until puberty. This is caused by poor functioning of the hormones due to exposure to MSG in the first few years of life. MSG affects many parts of the body including heart, muscles, nerves, circulation, skin, eyes, stomach, intestines, respiration, etc. Losing weight is nearly impossible if you consume MSG as it increases appetite! The consumption of MSG, in addition to the consumption of trans fats and artificial sweeteners, is the main cause of the present obesity epidemic. www.naturalnews.com Dr. John Olney discovered in 1969 that MSG caused brain damage and obesity in mice. Governmental agencies such as the US Food & Drug Administration insist that flavor enhancers are safe. But research that shows the safety of MSG is always financed by the food industry itself….. Do yourself a big …

Technically, naturally occurring sources contain glutamate, not monosodium glutamate. But, for all intents and purposes, monosodium glutamate is glutamate – it breaks down into sodium and glutamate when dissolved, and is perfectly safe, just like glutamates in foods we’ve been eating for generations. MSG is just glutamate that’s stabilized in a crystalline form with a sodium cation, nothing chemically special about it.
@HealthRanger7
Your first source in the video is Pat Robertson, which raises a serious red flag. I also question your ability to cite credible sources, judging by the websites you’ve listed.
“Fit for Life” was written by a man who got a degree from a non-accredited diploma mill that was founded by some high-school dropout. The Wiki for it lists this in the Controversy section, as well as stating the book is considered to be an unscientific fad diet.
@HealthRanger7
Also, the websites you list under “The cure for diseases and infections:” appear to be bunk pseudoscience products. “Silver Sol Silver Shield”? The “Rave Diet” site has a section on healing cancer, and “Miracle Mineral” appears to be a snake oil ‘cure-all’ that has no citations of scientific studies to show that it actually does anything.
The sites under “More information about MSG:” are similarly badly written and unscientific. I don’t think you can tell good science from bad.
@thrustfang @thrustfang Please google: rockefeller-vaccine-secret-revealed
@thrustfang You may well be correct that the writer of ‘Fit for Life’ did not graduate from an ‘accredited’ university. However, the principles in his book really work!
The principles involve eating lots of fruits (mostly in the morning) and eating solid foods in the right combination (called food combining).
I promise you, you will never be overweight if you give these principles a try!
@thrustfang I know some people consider Pat Robertson not to be very credible, however this series on MSG is spot on!
Don’t judge EVERYTHING someone says, solely based on their past record.
@thrustfang All industry sponsored studies claim that MSG is supposedly safe.
Only privately run websites warn of the dangers of MSG. Private individuals usually don’t have millions of dollars for large ‘scientific’ studies to prove their case…
You need to realize however that MSG is part of a larger, hidden agenda to dumb down society and to create diseases. Watch the film ‘Wake Up Call’ (among my favorites and playlists) to learn more about this agenda.
@thrustfang On the Rave Diet-dot-com website you will see a section titled: ‘Healing Cancer From Inside Out’ – DVD. Click on it and watch the preview.
This DVD contains powerful information on healing cancer!
In addition, please watch my playlist titled: Cures for Cancer
@thrustfang I was trying to send you a PM with more information, but your channel is ‘not available’…
Please send me a comment with your e-mail address, so I can send you a message back.
@HealthRanger7
There is nothing you have to say worth emailing me about that cannot be adequately said on a public forum.
@HealthRanger7
Eating lots of fruits and cutting back on processed foods is what food guides and nutritionists have been saying is key to health for years. This isn’t anything new or shocking. We’ve known for ages to eat lots of different things in moderation, with a focus on fruits and vegetables, and that processed foods are bad due to their high calorie and fat content. Combined with getting exercise, it’s no secret what is necessary to stay in shape, it merely takes discipline.
@HealthRanger7
Unless I’m mistaken, the site you’re pointing me to is the article on VacTruth. A quick read of the article appears to claiming polio vaccines were all a big conspiracy theory. We know that polio vaccines work, we know the cause of polio, and all of the articles on this site read in the same tone of paranoia.
I’m not going to go through all of their references to verify they’ve been taken out of context, simply because there’s no evidence in the scientific literature anywhere that polio vaccines did not work – there’s a reason polio is pretty much gone, and we have the evidence to show what causes polio, and how to stop it.
I suggest that you re-evaluate your standards of evidence, as they do not appear to consist of anything like scientific journals, but rather are sourced from conspiracy sites.
@FLarsen
To expand on your point: everything is harmful if you eat enough of it at once. Even water will poison you if you drink too much. But to get that amount of water requires chugging a massive amount all at once, and is virtually impossible to do by accident.
Similarly, to consume enough MSG to make it toxic, you’d need to eat the stuff pure, and consume at the very least 5 ounces, if not more as an adult, in order to experience any ill effects. You’d never manage this normally, even if you spent the whole day binging on junk food – there’s only tiny amounts of the stuff in food by comparison.
@thrustfang Please check out my playlist ‘The Dangers of Vaccines’ to see what INDEPENDENT experts say about vaccines.
Vaccines are part of a bigger, largely hidden agenda to dumb down society, create diseases (which can then be ‘treated’ with highly profitable pharmaceutical drugs).
In one of the videos Bill Gates admits that vaccines are used to depopulate the world population…
Please watch the film ‘Wake Up Call’ (among my favorites and playlists) to learn more about this evil agenda.
@thrustfang No problem, but why is your channel ‘not available’?
@HealthRanger7
Because anything that needs to be said can be said in the comments section for everyone to see. A discussion is pointless if only two people can see it.
I should have probably mentioned it before, but it’s actually a setting you can enable in your preferences. I realized you might not have been aware you could do that.
I’m studying medicine and by no means feel I’m an expert, but here’s my take on this: I’m Asian, I eat a moderate amount of MSG, am 5’3,” and 125 lbs with 22% body fat. Also, it is rare to find a morbidly obese Asian person, and not surprisingly, Asian cuisine has a lot of fried and fatty dishes too. So tell me, is MSG really the problem in America or is it because we refuse to accept responsibility for our own eating habits?
@MNTsunami The diet of most Americans consists of processed food, junk food and animal based foods such as meat and dairy products. When MSG added to this kind of food, weight gain and other health issues are inevitable.
For the Asian people who eat mostly rice, vegetables and fish the effects of MSG won’t be as bad. The healthy effects of such a diet will counteract the harmful effects of MSG.
Please check out the text section located next to this video.
@ HealthRanger7. My point exactly. MSG IS NOT the problem. Asian rice we buy are also processed and we inorganic meats and veggies too. If you think its because of diet, I urge you to compare Americans to Europeans. Who is fatter? and Who has the largest exponential increase in diet associated diseases? Bottom line: these videos are bogus. Pat Robertson said I would be mentally challenged by age 10, so I must be lucky to have earned a medical degree. Hmm..
@MNTsunami The dangers and toxicity of MSG are even better explained in the film Sweet Misery, which can be viewed on video google-dot-com. Start watching at 34:00 into the film for more details regarding the effects on the brain as well as the toxicity of MSG.
The whole process foods was designed to kill you, the Rockerfeller want you sick tor profit, wants you on drugs for profit, wants you on Prescribed drugs for, the Drugs companies they own. The idea is to kill people while profiting from YOUR DEATH.
@thrustfang I’m from S.E.Asia & I became allergic to MSG once I decided to give it up. I’m assuming my body lost it’s “conditioning” to the poison after my body went through an MSG detox. So now, even minute amounts would cause an acute allergic reaction which include hives and my mental faculties become incoherent & sluggish etc. Even a quarter of a Doritos chip would set it off! I convinced a friend to give it up as well & he became allergic to it too; migraines, breathing difficulties etc
