Discover How To Quickly Lose Weight The Healthy Way With New SIMPLE, CHEAP, And EASY Veggie Meal Plans www.wisdomdigest.info Stop listening to bogus “diet” claims. Take charge of your health and life and help reverse global warming, reduce starvation, and end animal abuse. www.wisdomdigest.info Whether you are a diabetic looking to cut down on your sugar intake, an active person looking to upgrade the health benefits of your daily menu, or someone concerned with not contributing to the abuse of animal rights, the vegan lifestyle comes with a multitude of benefits. Often, the vegan lifestyle is paired with a diet primarily comprised of raw foods, which takes the vegan benefits much further. The problem with the conventional diet is that by cooking our food it loses much of its health benefits, such as the vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Those are essential to our body in order to eliminate harmful toxins. The best part about the vegan diet is that you no longer have to worry about calorie restrictions or low carbohydrate intake. What you eat naturally is low in unhealthy/processed carbohydrates. This takes the hassle out of dieting

@TooMuchToo0ften Thats the thing, meat has NOTHING TO DO WITH OBESITY. In fact it is nearly impossible to gain weight when a large portion of your diet consists of meat. You get FAT by eating carbs.

  2. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p First, do you know that meat has at least 14 times more chemicals than the food which animals eat? If you don’t agree, it means you don’t know physics.
Secondly, if you talk about meat made in a more natural way, why don’t you talk the same about plants? Naturally plants contain all nutrients human body needs. No matter how animals are grown, meat is harmful to humans.

  3. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 “Naturally plants contain all nutrients human body needs. No matter how animals are grown, meat is harmful to humans”.

First of all, no it doesnt. Secondly, saying meat is harmful to humans is absolutely absurd. The fact people say this is just makes me cringe. You are ignoring science, heaps and heaps of evidence and millions of years of HUMAN HISTORY by saying meat is harmful to humans.

  4. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 Like it or not, the best and healthiest diets in the world are those that contain meat.

  5. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p What science, what evidence? Meat eaters tend to be more deficient in calcium, magnesium, fibre, folic acid, vitamin C and vitamin E. These deficiencies and harmful substances (saturated fat, cholesterol, carcinogens, stimulant drugs and other) cause many health problems, and as result, vegans are healthier. For sure, getting vitamin B12 in a “natural” way may be a problem for vegans, as pollution (the result of meat industry) reduces its amount.

  6. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p Eating meat would cause more pollution, and I want to solve the problem, not to delay it. So I’d better take supplements until it becomes easy for vegans to survive in so called “natural” way. It’s like switching from heroin (more natural) to methadone (less natural) to finally be able to live without drugs (that is the most natural way).

  7. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 You are so misinformed. Its actually embarassing that someone thinks the way you do. Like I said, you are in desperate need of education. This China study has been debunked and proven to be full of absolute garbage. You’d think somebody would do some background research.

  8. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p Why do you talk about the China study (which has nothing to do with what I wrote) and don’t prove anything?

  9. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 You just called saturated fat and cholesterol harmful substances. There really isnt much to say. Like I said before, we arent fat, sick because of the consumption of meat. We are fat and sick because of the consumption of sugar, refined carbs and the food that we “think” are healthy are actually a big part of the problem. Why are we fatter now than we were 100 years ago DESPITE the fact, we ate more fat and a larger % of our calories came from fat 100 years ago than today.

  10. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p People eat more meat than they did 100 years ago, so they weren’t that fat. Meat causes physical dependence which makes people less active. Refined carbohydrates only lack vitamins and minerals, while meat also has those harmful substances. Body tends not to turn carbohydrates into fat. Animal fat is harmful because it increases amount of LDL cholesterol which causes heart diseases.

  11. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 JESUS, you couldnt be more wrong. HAHAHA what harmful substances does meat have? If it was so harmful why do so many primitive diets rely heavily on meat consumption and they are incredibly healthy with absolutely no signs of the diseases of civilization. You are absolutely ignoring human physiology. Carbs spike insulin levels. Insulin causes fat accumulation. It is nearly impossible to gain weight on an all meat diet. Nearly impossible.
    you are so misinformed.

  12. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p Carbohydrates cause release of serotonin which makes energy easier to use. For some reason Atkins wasn’t very thin. I already said what harmful substances meat has and your term “primitive diets” is very abstract. When I ate meat, I had many health problems. Because of that, people like you used to make fun of that, so now I don’t give a shit if my diet looks “good” or “bad” to you.

  13. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 Yeah, thats the problem. You keep saying what harmful substances meat has BUT they are NOT harmful substances. Cholesterol, saturated fat serve many purposes in the human body. dietary cholesterol has very little effect on cholesterol levels in the human body. People dont have high cholesterol because of meat consumption. Thats not how the body works. Bottom line is, there is a direct correlation between high carb diets and obesity. Its why people eat carbs to gain weight.

  14. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p Opioids serve many purposes too, but it’s better not to take them. Saturated fat increases amount of LDL cholesterol, which is very bad. What’s more, animal fat contains trans fats. Meat also has stimulant drugs and stress hormones. High amounts of xanthine, hypoxanthine, uric acid and adrenaline increase heart rate, blood pressure and cause physical dependence. Meat isn’t any better than crystal meth. Finally, despite higher carbohydrate consumption, somehow vegans are less overweight.

  15. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 I’d love to see studies showing trans fats is present in meat. Thats absurd. Do you even know what trans fats are? Vegans do weigh less but they also have significantly less muscle and bone mass. You’d also find meat raises HDL cholesterol as well and only some types of meat raise LDL. And like I said earlier, dietary cholesterol has very little effect on one’s cholesterol levels. That all comes down to carbohydrates and the role of insulin.

  16. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p It’s more absurd when people say butter is healthier than margarine “because margarine contains trans fats”. And yes, vegans don’t get those growth hormones which increase mass quickly. But to me, strength of muscles and bones is more important than their size and mass.

  17. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 Its absurd that you think Margarine is healthier than butter. Its also absurd that you think growth hormones are a result of increased mass and not the meat itself. How come some primitive diets which consisted of natural foods and an incredible % of meat consumption resulted in people being strong, tall and muscular? Meat eaters are stronger and have stronger bones than vegans. This is not even up for debate. And people can consume organic meat free from hormones.

  18. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p How come there are many vegan athletes who have as much muscles and strength as nonvegan athletes do? Vegans have stronger bones because they don’t consume animal protein which leeches calcium from the body. And people can take crystal meth synthesized from organic ephedrine, but it’s still not healthy, nor is meat.

  19. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 LOL, vegans do not have stronger bones. Thats once again absurd. And animal protein does leech calcium from the body. Just take a look at human history for crying out loud. Why were those who consumed meat bigger, stronger and taller than those who did not?

  20. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p As long as meat stimulants block adenosine receptors, they are stronger, but as tolerance develops, they need larger doses to achieve the same result and if they stop eating meat, adenosine causes weakness.
My grandmother died of cancer 5 months ago. My grandfather died of heart attack 16 years ago. I don’t want to be the next in the list and this is one of the reasons why I’m a vegan.

  21. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 your grandfather and grandmother didnt die because of eating meat. meat does not cause cancer.

  22. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p Then how can you explain the correlation between meat consumption and many diseases, including cancer and heart diseases?

  23. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 There is no correlation. We get cancer, diabetes and other illnesses because of the garbage we eat like refined, processed foods, sugar, rice, breads, pasta’s etc. Meat has nothing to do with why people are sick and obese. Look throughout history, many primitive diets ate a huge portion of meat and they were physical specimens and absent were the diseases of civilization that plague the world now.

  24. DoomedSpaceMarine123 says:

@cdnp4p Meat is processed food. Animal bodies process plants, so no matter what you do, it’s processed. Meat consumption is growing, and not only it is harmful directly, but meat industry also causes much pollution, what isn’t healthy either.

  25. cdnp4p says:

@DoomedSpaceMarine123 We will just agree to disagree.
