    I was wondering if i should do that cable cross over, bench press flat, and then another cable exercise which looks more like a curl but it going all the way up till your arms are facing away from you. – Your elbows are not bent, your entire arms are up. Should that be good for chest?

    Great exercise to end a chest routine on. I like how flexible it is as well – you can change your stance, the position of your arms etc. to sculpt your chest just as you want it. One thing that annoys me though is when I lean forward people come up to me and tell me I’m doing it wrong! I wish people would shut up sometimes.

    @fushion999 A good basic starting point for building chest mass would be the flat bench. Grand daddy of all chest exercises. Then look at yourself and determine if you need more work in the upper pec or lower pec. If you need more work in lower pecs go straight to decline dumbells so you have enough energy left to go fairly heavy. then a few sets of incline dumbells or barbell. I like dumbells for these. Then I finish up with flat bench flys with light weight. after that I burn out on crossovers

    Sorry to break it to you faloss pro…. But A cable cross over is done just like it sounds you cross the cables over once your hands meet! Please if you want to make instructional videos show the proper full range of motion. Remember while doing a cross over the hands cross over then the chest contracts to the fullest range!

    I myself am on a training program with a personal fitness trainer (paid for by the company so how could I not participate). And although I perhaps feel a little better after 2 1/2 weeks, I don't think I am on my weight loss track….and I have to say I think this is due to alcohal.

    So what say I is that I think to reach the goals YOU CAN'T DRINK AS MUCH AS YOUR DAD.

    So I personally need to stop for a while to check the impact for the goal my personal trainer gave me is 1% body fat decrease per month.

    Hmmmm……

    You are just taking a new approach to bulimia! This is called exercise bulimia, where you doing way too much exercise to "control" your weight instead of throwing up. You are also talking about a severe lack of calories that will cause your metabolism to go into starvation mode, meaning that the LAST thing going to lose will be fat.

    Honestly, if you were bad enough off with your eating disorder that you had to take a semester off, you probably really needed the 25 pounds that you are carrying now. You also mention that "done this before" with six hours of exercise a day. You are getting right back on the slippery slope leading back to your initial problems.

    TALK TO YOUR THERAPIST/DOCTOR BEFORE YOU TRY TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT!!!!
