I think you guys miss the point. Everyone is different and he’s trying to cover all people in his strategies etc. You might think it’s all bull, but it’s actually refreshing to hear someone talk from an inner level outwards rather than say… Just do this and do that without any reasons why … Wake up and smell the roses
@aGothicFruitBat He is saying that the abs are there underneath any fat you may have, you can slowly wash away the fat in order to see them as well as making them bigger if you want and giving them more definition. Tho maybe you should ask him (Standfirm) via his youtube page if you want a learned answer on the subject.
