    Around the lower abs is the last place in your body to lose fat. That’s the only reason why the lower abs are the last to show.

    Lower ab exercises will not work to get them to show. You have to lose the fat with good nutrition, cardio and weight training.

    If you’d like to get six pack abs, I have a video on my channel that will help you. Seriously, if you’re trying to get abs, you should watch it.

    @JasonGreen163 Hi there. Okay so what I heard is that the reason many can’t get the lower 2 abs (7 and 8) is because it is genetics. Hence why arnold schwarzenegger only has a 4 pack.
