    1. You will not be getting enough quality protein from the junk food.
    2. You will gradually put on fat as junk is high in refined carbs – flour, sugar.
    3. You will put yourself at risk of High Blood Pressure and quite possibly diabetes as junk food is LOADED with Salt and Sugar.

    -i know not pugpaws i just wanted to share my two cents on this matter.

    There are allot of TMA guys on this site who have kinda banned together and formed a cult against anyone mentioning anything relating towards MMA , they are very passive aggressive about their dislike for this new wave of hybrid arts, but its obvious they are just grumps, or maybe angry about their students jumping ship to new gyms and them loosing business.
    Anyway your concept on arts and fighting in general are Absolutely correct in my opinion, many great fighters realized that in order to have a complete fighting style you must try as many forms out there as you can and pick and choose what works for you, fighters like Gorges snt pierre, Anderson Silva, even Roy Jones Jr. have realized this, I mean Bruce Lee spoke about expanding yourself past one style all the time, and you TMA guys love Bruce Lee right?! I mean asian and bows what else could you want?
    I think there is a limit to how much one can learn and master , they key is not overestimating it and not underestimating how many moves your body can learn and perfect. I look at it as if a character in a fighting game, I only have a limited move list, and I must learn a handful of moves for different scenarios such as striking, grappling, clinching, and throws. I liked your question let others ignorance keep your from expanding your skill set and knowledge.
