im doin captains chairs now and i got sort of a six pack. if i keep that up but disregard cardio will i get a proper six pack. will my abdominals get bigger

What if we are skinny? I know I still have to maintain a low fat diet, but I’m guessing to build the muscle, I should eat more meat for protein?

my problem is that i lost a ton of weight and pretty much all my body fat, i just have excess skin around my lower abs…
how can i get rid of excess skin???… just build muscle to fill it out???
I would try to lose body fat but i dont want to because im afriad i will lose weight and become slim and small.

You do between 2 and 3 sets og leg raises? 2,5?
@jgq85 ur allmost there get down 2 120 and you probably will have one. see if when you scrunch your stomach up if you have one.

5week program monday thourgh friday allot of running in sit ups and jump roping with diet could i eachieve the six pack im only 150 pounds
great video! seriously all those tv ads for ab machines are rediculous. follow these excersises every other day and tell me you dont see results in about a month
