how muhc was that bag of chicken? How long does it last you?
I think guys want to avoid soy (edamame) because of the estrogen.
If I workout in the morning (10 AM) is it still ok to take in this amount of carbs hours after my workout for dinner?
Wait! “Grab a plate”
I lost it there man, repeat please!
damn man you have a nice house, what do you do for a living? personal training?
Heyy man, im indian so some chicken tikka comes alot in my meals is it fine to carry on having that?
OMG! I love your kitchen! Yes, I am a chick.
The microwave is not good for your food..Fresh is the best..
frozen food isnt that healthy, it loses all its properties :
following your diet plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Would it be ok to drink a protien shake after my workout?
@SPQRKABAH Drink protein WITH carbs after your workout to help with recovery….but yes that’s a good idea!
@JDCav24 I love this way of thinking. I listen to my body. Sometimes after harder workouts my body will crave more meat than I’d normally have for a serving or more carbs…I just take it as my body telling me what it needs, and respond accordingly. Lots of success this way! 52 LBS down.
Any chance on getting a video of you pan popping the popcorn? I don’t see myself doing with no oil and NOT burning it, lol. And it looks delicious!

Hey Jeff, I started your 90 day program last week and wanted to use it as strength training before my competitive swim season begins in October. I was wondering – since swimming is a pretty intense calorie burn, how should I adjust my diet when my practices start? I’ll still be doing your program during the season, and coach says we need about 5000 calories/day. Any advice?

@YesIamtheGOAT Not a problem….still stick with the meal plan as scheduled if you can…and just eat larger portions of everything to accommodate for the increased calorie burn during the season.
Hey Jeff, I have a question for you, I started the Cross country practice in recent week; it’s a quite intense calories burn. I was wondering is it ok to drink protein milk after the practice ?or should i just drink water instead ?
@peterana00 You can definitely drink milk after the practice. As a matter of fact, it’s often good to drink chocolate milk (due to the increased simple sugar content) since you’re muscles will be very receptive to it after the depletion of your run.
I HAVE A QUESTION IM A FEMALE… IN 7 MONTHS I WENT FROM 30 % BODY FAT TO 18 % BODY FAT… JUST LOST 8 POUNDS… NOW TAHT I KNOW THATH I NEED TO EAT CLEAN FOR MY MUSCLES TO GROW..I WANTED TO ASK SINCE I LUV HERSHESY CHOCOLATE BAR WHEN CAN I EAT THAT? HOW MANY TIMES?
@JDCav24 ok thank you
@GotiMosi myself I find if I have a craving for chocolate I eat 1 50g bar over a period of time, so I buy one bar and just eat a few squares, this way the bar will last me a few weeks. so just try to eat chocolate bars less and less, and eat healthy foods every 2-3 hours that way you wont be hungry for chocolate.
ok o i couldnt help it anymroe so i ate a gansito

You know what? I didnt ever try oatmeal with something other than milk! Haha Im gonna try that
1. Labor preparation and induction massage – 1 1/2 hours of pampering – even though labor did not result, it was still the investment
2. Simple dinners with friends on Wednesday and Friday, just enjoying each others company and our last little bit of unscheduled freedom
3. Premiere week for some of my favorite shows (Criminal Minds and Anatomy)
don't eat less meals your body is extremely intelligent. It will to save on to the food you eat which equals more fat.
Get the Protein shakes and take them right after you workout, it will change that fat into muscle. If you to gain weight its probably muscle, because muscle weighs more than fat ; ) hope that helps.
