well theres nothing wrong in these exercise. I know you’ll find this funny because a man dressed like a sadhu is doing them. If this was to be done in a gym wear this wont look all that funny~~

lot of his video are avaialbe on dvds and also 1 hr long videos are available on youtuobe. THe pranayama (breathing ) and yoga technqiues he teaches really works. I have friends who have been completely cured of migraine in just 2 weeks of practise.

Ramdev should wear track pants or shorts so that he can demonstrate much better. The dhoti is so inconvinent. Thankfully it did not slip to show Ramdev’s langoti.

I am Bipolar or manic depressive .Can bab help with this condition. i watch him on Zeetv in south Africa but it is in English. I am suffering for many years and nothing has helped . I am pleased to report that since using Levodyn, my blood pressure has lowered to the good range. If you would practise Yog then it wouldn’t take more than two weeks to lower down your blood pressure. Also taking natural medicines and practising Yog together will be more faster.

@Buttercup382 Only pranayams are the best things to do when you have problems of mental illness like that. Do all seven prnanyams and be consistent. The more you do and the more consistent you are you will definitely see results within a month. Also have a good discipline in life make yourself physically and mentally strong. As when you start practising yoga you will feel strong and you will feel more confident. Just do it, then you will know what i am talking about.
