@pakupitki No problem! And yeah, im trying to get rid of that little bit of fat on my lower stomach that doesnt seem to want to go away! After a month my abs are slightly tighter, but the fat hasnt budged! I think there is even more fat there…maybe im eating alot from running and doing this? If anyone has answers please reply!

if your back hurts, it’s because you’re NOT using your entire CORE to lift you up off the ground and shift you forward…instead you are curling your spine while using your back muscles majority of the time to contract your abs.which results in IMPROPER FORM, resulting in injury…Try engaging your core more and lower the reps as a practice to see the difference…increase reps little at a time as you strengthen your core.

@MerryM101 well, yeh, that might be a diet. like it was said a hundred times, these exercises will just make ur abs great (if you are on this level and do them properly), but the belly fat goes off with a good healthy yummy(!) food and cardio.
I treat this workout as a little warmup and then do 20 mins cardio:)

This really works!! i have been doing this for 3 months 4 times a week and i have a nice six pack. I do about 90mins of cardio a week. i also am dieting and cut out every thing that makes you fat. But for the most part this will give u nice abs
