    @trey269 photoshop is your friend! nah u have to do ab exercise and some cardio but u wont get a six pack in 3 min. it takes months for u to see results.

    @BranmasterG cardio workout is a must to see six pack abs. crunches along wont gain u a six pack. proper diet is also key to gaining a six pack.

    @trey269 both but dont do cardio after an intense workout because cardio can also burn muscle. do cardio on your off day, 20 min a day should do it.

    @BranmasterG if ur a skinny guy ur gonna have to bulk up before toning down. dont do cardio as it burn fat and could burn the muscle u gain. so eat more calories then u burn but just dont go on a bad diet rampage. u have to consume healthy calories.

    I still have no abs and when i eat little my stomach gets big a lil.

    I live in singapore, and the resistance bands here have 3 levels.
    The shopseller says the level 1 is the hardest, so i bought the level 2.
