@cinnabunz01 Yeah. I’ve been there. Do a similar type move in Pilates and they always say to keep your chin tucked in to help out the neck.

actually— KBs start at 5 lbs. i would have to say, most should be able to start with 10lbs. this is a great excercise an switch it up by using just one arm…:)

1. when your going into your round-off, when your in mostly the position' but your legs together. then you kind of have to twist, but keep your legs together! so mostly just tighten your legs together.
2. well. keep practicing. get flexible [by what you said, already sounds like you are.] & just rise your legs up as far as they can go, but not so far you will yourself. ahha.
3. good. that means that you worked hard. in one of my gymnastics classes we had strength & the next day i thought my muscles were burning. lol, it that bad! but i knew it was good because that meant i did a good job.(:
