@jmk0309 doubt it 2 miles isnt a gr8 distance for jst a jog/run, but if you dont have time and can only do 2 miles throw in some sprints along the way and go as fast as you can as well like 3/4 pace all the way

Oh Janine! Just wanted to mention that in 12 weeks with only adding Crossfit INSTEAD of running and P90x and weights I lost 1.9 % fat on my caliper as measured on June 14th!!!
