    guys dont waste your time with this kind of training program , this was only 2 power moves with dumbbell , and if you are just starting out , these movement can injure you , so make sure you are starting with low-weight dumbbells first and make your way up , that is if you are willing to waste your time with these two movements …

    Yet, sometimes God does do it in an instance. I would say that about healing. Sometimes He may have us go to the doctor, change our diet or stretch to build muscles and it may bring the healing we ask for. Other times He may heal right on the spot and open a blind person's eyes.
    He is God and the best we can do is surrender our lives to whatever He wants and when He speaks, obey.

    Took a step back and realized what I was good at. Although I had a problelm gaining weight I never had a problelm in the strenght department and was very strong for my weight. So instead of turning to roids I turned a negative into a positive and switched my training from body building to training for strength competitions and have not looked back or regretted since. I feel like my work outs have a purpose now, I have 10 times more functional strength and coordination than I did before

    i only have one 20 lb dumbbell i only do bicep and tricep workouts is it best to do 3 or 4 sets with one arm then change or just lift til arm gets tired then lift til the other arm gets tired and repeat
