   Your video made me buy a spiral slicer for myself. Zucchini was soooo delicious raw and thinly sliced and with the tomato sauce =) This is my new favorite thing to eat. Thank you for the video

    My God, this is so nice! It has so much more flavour. You can replace the sun dried tomatoes with pesto. If you do not have the spiral slicer, use a peeler, then cut the strips length ways to thin them out. Thanks so much for this!

    @MegaSupaFine yes raw is when it does not get heated above a certain temperature, it doesn’t mean you eat only cold, just-harvested food. look it up.

    @Beautifulcutie09, spaghetti squash is awesome to use instead of pasta. you can use it raw, or not cook it much so it stays firm. You need to cut it in half and scoop out all seeds. then – shred it with a fork – it will come apart in shreds. or, if you want to, cook it first – it shreds easier after cooking. but be careful, it doesn’t take long to get mushy.

    I have to say I would be very uneasy about working on health or diet issues with anyone remotely. Much can be gleaned by their physical appearance as well. I note that Teri's site is heavy on supplements and is a supplier of commercial food. Perhaps I missed it, but I didn't see anything about raw feeding (but perhaps that wasn't your point)

    For the average healthy raw-fed dog or cat, supplements should not necessary, altho again, I do add salmon or cold water fish oil to her diet. For commercially-fed animals, great caution must be taken with supplements to ensure they are not overdosing their animals on supplements that are already in the food.
