And real sugar (sucrose/table sugar) isn’t real at all. It’s a processed compound and it breaks down fast. I cut sugar from my diet, mostly.

@zeldahater1 im not sure about sugar.. but yes the more you eat the less you need.. i think what she meant was that you dont have to eat a lot at once.. but instead eat little more frequently and yes REAL food but junk food.. or frozen food.. i dont work out or not in diet but i eat everything (real food) and people often get amazed by how often i eat but eat little thats the trick. it keeps you full plus boost up your metabolism…

honey is better than sugar for metabolism (for those who don’t have a fast metabolism)… honey balances so your body doesn’t feel like it just died once the sugar is gone (you won’t feel like you need to eat more).
