    He’s actually not that good. He said nothing about the position of the tongue, he said nothing about the fact that if thoughts may wander, what should we do? For QiGong, you’re supposed to only focus on the Dan Tien. Focusing on the breath is simply Still Point meditation, otherwise known as Zazen meditation. It’s not exactly QiGong.
