Impressive bench press…I know some guys who can’t even do that…yeah I would have kept it a little lighter and made you do higher reps…12-15… the trick with snacking every 3-4 hours is to pre plan the meals in the beginning…make them easy…2 shakes or 2 cliff bars…or 2 pieces of fruit…breakfast lunch and dinner are easy…sometimes you can split one of these main meals into smaller…to cover you at snack time…love it when you stop by and post!~ahmad

Sheila!! Yes it does burn fat…it’s just sometimes folks don’t have the patience to wait for that to begin happening…I mean a beginner might find it very hard to lift til exhaustion to really build muscle …like we both know you have to…glad you stopped by and left me a post…really~ahmad

Hey, im 17 and i have been working out for a few months straight now since football season ended (before that it was off and on) and i have gained about 30 pounds of muscle, but i have noticed that nothing i do anymore seems to have an affect on me, im never sore after i lift anymore no matter how much i lift and my results really seem to be tapering off, just wondering if you have any advice.
Also, i can’t seem to find any ab workouts that will get me past the point i am at, i just feel like i have hit the peak but i need to figure out how to keep going up

@chrisrl the trick is this…do opposite lifting…reverse your routines…mix body parts that you normally never train together…throw in some cardio in between moves…if this does not work sign up for one of my online training sessions…it cost though…~ahmad

@chrisrl if u see no effects on lifting more, try by lifting too mutch u know u cant lift. and see if that helps.
