Pull Up Exercise

Pull Up is a well known compound exercise for training back. It mostly targets Latissimus Dorsi (Lats) but some other back muscles and biceps are also training. Since it only needs fixed bar (or pull up bar), you may perform that exercise at home or outdoor. 9. EmptyGarh says:

    @mr3secondz do you have fat around your stomach area? maybe you just need to run more or something

  10. auronpk says:

    @landreev same

  11. landreev says:

    you are the same or what

  12. pedritooo09 says:

    Lat pulldowns and pullups are almost the same thing , and have the same effect right ?

  13. oneillddrummer says:

    @mr3secondz its about genetics, for instance, some people can get 8 packs by doing the same training as someone who gets a six pack. you just need to do more specialist areas of ab work that targets specfic ab ares like sit ups for core and top abs, crunchs for iddle abs and leg raises for lower abs. hope it helped, also you need to do cardio work to burn that layer of fat off but dont over do it. hope it helps, im not an expert, just merily telling you what i did.

  14. oneillddrummer says:

    @landreev laterals are proberly the most under used muscle so dont be discouraged. most people arnt very strong and cant do any pull ups. start by doing negative pull ups ( look at a video on youtube to see) once you can do about 10 of those, move on to half pull ups. then once you can do ten of those, move on to fully extended pull ups and then weighted pull ups when you can really do it. its a hard progression just like push ups

    Bad demonstration…

  21. 13andincrediblycut says:

    @13andincrediblycut Seriously, all of these supposed “demonstrations” lack true character of the exercise itself beyond just the muscle groups. I bet I could make a better video and I’m not even any sports medicine person.
